Coinciding with the launch of the Lorient Chapel Ridge website, our first homeowner has went under contract on a J2 plan with some customizations. The website’s launch will include all project general information and four home designs developed by Lorient Homes specifically for Chapel Ridge. We are planning on seven more designs to be launched iteratively.

On the construction side, we have started work on the first buyer home and a model home as well.
